Eight editions since 2011
We are pleased to announce the Eighth Edition of the Strings@ar Lectures on Advanced Topics of High Energy Physics.​
The Lectures are organized by the Strings@ar Network. The first edition took place in 2011, and the event has been organized around the end of every year since then.
​
This edition will cover the topics of Gravity, Black Holes and Entanglement. The lectures will be given by experts on these subjects, and are mainly oriented to PhD students and postdocs, interested researchers are also welcome.
Strings@ar
A theoretical physics network
Around seventy Argentinean researchers, post-docs and research students, working in the country and abroad, are associated with the Strings@ar Network.
Since its beginning in June 2003, and during the last ten years, the Strings@ar network hosted more than fifty meetings, including more than two hundred seminars delivered by specialists. It has served as a natural framework to develop joint seminars between the string theory groups at the Universities of La Plata and Buenos Aires, and to relate with the Argentinean physicist working abroad.
The Strings@ar network organized several national and international conferences, workshops and schools.
